3.2 Skills required
We need two more developer/support staff, a sales team - probably three people. We ideally want to JV with an organisation with the sales infrastructure. We will make the technical hires in the Sydney local market.
We also need a CFO who will have a small role overseeing our financial arrangements. However, this person will have a practice background and a major influence in design and roadmaping of future product releases.
3.3 Personnel
Currently this project is staffed with the resources of Last Bastion Network Pty Ltd.
