Subscriptions and Collaboration

Our subscription model is fairly simple, and broken into unique stages which you control all of the way.

First, you must join the portal. Upon signing up, an email is sent to you with your login credentials and you can then successfully log onto the site. The act of joining costs you nothing.

You may at any future point, choose to set up PMOOffice(s) by visiting your My PMOs tab. For this you will be billed AUD 29.99 at the end of each month, prorated if you created your PMOOffice in that month. If you create multiple PMOOffice's, you can elect to set up a separate billing account for each, or to allocate an existing billing account.

You are encouraged to invite other members or non-members to collaborate with you on your PMOOffice's at any time using your My PMOs tab. They too will join the site if not already a member, but it costs nothing to give them access to your PMOOffice.

You have phenominal control over the type(s) of access to each PMOOffice you give your invitees. The permissions you can set are BastionLedger: Operate, BastionLedger: Oversee, BastionLedger: Manage, Change permissions, View. Roles include Owner, Manager. This role-based access is explained much further where you can set these.

Your bill payment is also via this tab. We run our billing on the end of the month and you are directed to PayPal to make payment. Should your account not be paid when due, then every member of the PMOOffice(s) on this account is refused access to them until the account is paid.
